<div>The main responsibility for the VP of Logistics Customer Engagement is to build pipeline and bring in sales wins and recurring revenue for Controlant in USA.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The role encompasses the creation of Sales Strategy within the Partnerships target Segments and identifying opportunities with target customers, where Controlant’s solutions and value propositions can create real value for customers, reduce waste or solve customer problems. The VP of Logistics Customer Engagement works as an extension of the Partnership team in Europe (Denmark/Iceland) and is responsible for first and foremost execution of the sales plan to reach sales targets and building up a sales pipeline and organization to meet the strategic goals.<br><br></div><div>The target segments are Logistics Service Providers, Packaging Companies, Special Logistics Companies and Wholesalers. Sales processes are typically consultative, and solutions driven with a strong focus on customer value within temperature-controlled supply chains.<br><br></div><div><br>This is a high impact, strategic and hands-on position, requiring a high degree of creativity and excellence in strategy and discipline in execution with clear revenue growth results in a dynamic environment along with focus on customer engagement.</div>
