Corporate Governance
Corporate Governance is the framework that shapes how companies are directed and controlled. Controlant recognizes the importance of good governance in creating long-term value for all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, and the community.
Controlant operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations in Iceland, and its operations are guided by its Articles of Association as well as internal policies and procedures which take into consideration the guidelines on corporate governance published by the Iceland Chamber of Commerce, SA Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise and Nasdaq in 2021.
