Two new candidates submitted for the Board of Directors
Controlant will hold its Annual General Meeting on 16 June 2023 at 14:00 GMT (16:00 CET). Two new candidates have submitted their eligibility for the Board of Directors ahead of the meeting; Søren Skou (as of 1 January 2024) and Steve Van Kuiken.
Søren Skou is a globally recognized leader in shipping and logistics, who served as the CEO of A. P. Møller-Maersk from 2016 until 2022, and he has held various leadership positions within Maersk for the last 40 years. Skou is eligible as a Director to the Board as of 1 January 2024.
Steve Van Kuiken most recently served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. Over his long career at McKinsey, he founded and led the firm’s Healthcare Technology Practice as well as founding and building up McKinsey’s global technology practice, McKinsey Technology.
Other candidates for the Board of Directors are Asthildur Otharsdóttir, Chairman, Jørgen Rugholm, Kristin Fridgeirsdottir, Trausti Thormundsson—all currently serve as members of the Board.
