<div>We are looking to add Delivery Managers to our Tech department to work with our development teams. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are prepared to dive deep into work methods, processes and blockers with their teams and work with them long-term to ensure they achieve their goals.&nbsp;</div><ul><li>To get a good sense of the scope of the job, you will be expected to Discover and highlight any blockers for delivering value to customers. This is the primary job function. Everything you do flows from this thought: What can be done to get value in the hands of users and customers faster?</li><li>Ensure that development teams are taking the time to improve their work and helping to discover, plan and organise what improvements are needed. This will require some technical insight, but the team will do the work.</li><li>Ensure that teams are collaborating with relevant stakeholders - product managers, VPs, the business, other teams. You will help plan and organise this collaboration, setting rhythms and communication systems and improving the collaboration.</li><li>Not be afraid to go outside the team for help, insight and direct assistance.</li><li>Give back to the engineering organisation by facilitating retrospectives, participating in retros, organising communities of practice and other ways of learning and also teach the organisation.&nbsp;</li></ul><div>You need to be curious, persistent, critical of the status quo, empathetic and humble.</div>
